Tamil movies...Mr crazy crazy man makes fun of the fact how I always complain about Tamil movies but watch it whenever i get the chance. Why do i watch Tamil movies, i serious don't know, maybe because it was great entertainment when you are broke and for 3 hours you have something to do...like bitch for an example. it was a Thursday and Friday nite tradition when SBC showed two parts of Tamil movies in the 80's. used to remember Friday mornings feeling sleepy and talking about the first half of the movie during classes. I still haven't figured out why they split the the movies into two days. maybe just maybe because...MM simply cause they CAN AND THERES NOTHING WE COULD DO ABT IT!? oh those days, I had a great talent with Tamil movies, i can watch a movie and forget the title and especially the songs. most of my friends where great with the songs they could hear a beat and tell which movie its from. I on the other hand remember a movie when there is something meaningful or significant. for example. those days wanna watch Tamil movies ? you go to Hoover theatre. My Tamil movie addict cousin drags me to watch a movie. after two bus and 1.30hrs, 6 songs 3 fights much tears, and whistles from lonely foreign workers, on the bus way back home everyone were talking about the songs they like, the costumes they liked... etc. so i thought i should say something too. I said "dame this Arjun has an ass to die for, he wearing the see tru white veshti and bending down to knead the dough, is the best part of the movie. he must be working out, cause the boy has a tight ass! that was the last time my cousins and i ever went to watch Tamil movies together. that was my significant moment... Arjun's tight ass. A year later, at a wedding they were playing a song. People went crazy, everyone started dancing, so i asked my cousin which movie? and he tried ex planing to me the best he could, no bells rang. Finally my cousin said " white veshti, nalla satti.. mahvu penenchaan da!" Just when the song was ending. There was a moment of silence, I remembered the significant moment of the movie, it all came back to me and I shouted "AHMMA DA SUPERR SATTI ILLA?!"
